- Supporting anyone experiencing or fearing violence or abuse at home.
- Working to meet the needs of everyone regardless of their circumstances.
- Providing immediate, safe, comfortable emergency accommodation for women on their own or with children.
- Providing ongoing Outreach Support to women and men who experience abuse in their relationship.
- Working to meet the needs of resident children.
- Working in partnership with other agencies to ensure clients receive sensitive and appropriate services.
- Working with others to stop abuse at home.
- Enabling those who have been affected by domestic abuse to determine their own lives.
- Helping survivors resettle into a new community.
